Meet Your Teacher
Siobhán came to yoga after a serious car accident, originally hoping to improve her lung capacity. What started as physical recovery became something much deeper – a shift in how she experienced stress, emotion, and stillness. Now, with over 20 years of practice and thousands of hours of teaching, she brings that same understanding of healing and accessibility to every class she leads. Her teaching is rooted in anatomy and physiology, and her goal is simple: make yoga work for every body.

Memories from past trips...
- Molino Del Ray is the perfect balance of yoga, relaxation, fresh air and friendship. You can also enjoy time to yourself either soaking up the sun or having a dip in the salt water pool, however you decide to spend your time thereafter, you will leave feeling refreshed and reenergised. I am truly grateful for my time there (2 years in a row) and already looking forward to the trip in 2025.

- Spent a beautiful week in Molino Del Rey with Siobhan. The setting is stunning and the vibe is relaxed and healthy. We did a wonderful yoga session each evening before dinner and every morning followed by a healthy and lively breakfast out on the terrace. The setting is stunning with several terraces where you can hide away and read a book under the bougainvillea or join in the chat and liveliness beside the refreshing pool with its waterfall coming down the mountain. Would highly recommend this special week to treat yourself and come back refreshed and renewed.

- I had an absolutely amazing time with beautiful people and would definitely go again. Owner Anthony went out of his way to help me. The place is beautiful as is the food.

- I recently attended a truly rejuvenating yoga retreat hosted by the remarkable Siobhan, who expertly led us through an incredible series of yoga sessions. Her ability to cater to all skill levels while fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment allowed everyone to fully immerse themselves in the practice. Furthermore, Siobhan's attentiveness and care for each participant were greatly appreciated, ensuring everyone felt supported throughout the retreat. Alongside the exceptional yoga experience, the retreat offered ample opportunities for rest and restoration, complemented by delightful food and wine. To top it all off, the camaraderie among the group was fantastic, making the entire retreat not only rejuvenating but also an absolute joy. I wholeheartedly recommend this yoga retreat to anyone seeking a balance of relaxation, wellness, and memorable connections.
