Pregnancy Yoga

Pregnancy yoga can benefit both mother and child. This yoga focuses on breathing techniques and gentle stretching. These classes are designed to make you more flexible and prepare you for labor.

Mixed Level

Mixed level class challenges both, beginners and more experienced students alike. This class offers modifications for beginners and options for experienced students to take their practice to the next level.

Lunchtime Yoga

This is a Vinyasa Flow Class. A great opportunity to work in some movement into your Lunchtime. It is a 40min class giving you time to arrive and return to work within the hour. It is a mixed-level class so all abilities are welcome.

Iyengar Method

Alignment of the physical body through the practice of asanas. It differs from other styles of yoga in three ways: precision, alignment use of props.

Slow Flow

Slow flow classes are suitable for beginners because they are taught at a gentler pace allowing the student to build awareness. However, they are suitable for anyone who feels like a slower practice.

Sunrise Yoga

Sunrise yoga is a mixed level 45 minute class designed to wake you up . Suitable for any level of practitioner.

Acupuncture helps the movement of Qi (Chi) within the body. The (w)holistic approach is to view the client’s WHOLE body in a session, physically, mentally, spiritually, emotionally. Issues I treat on a regular basis – sinus, back pain, PMS, frozen shoulder, neck stiffness, knee pain, fertility, lack of sleep, headaches to name but a few.

A client should get a sensation from needling, but this is NOT a painful sensation. Often clients fall asleep in a session, which is really beneficial for them.
