A Weekend of Yoga and Wild Beauty
Inis Mór provides a peaceful setting for our Yoga Escape on the Aran Islands, with open sea views, fresh air, and a relaxed pace. You can move, swim, or simply take time to reflect at your own pace.
Accommodation is at Kilmurvey House, a short walk from the beach. The retreat includes nourishing meals, seven hours of yoga, and opportunities to explore the island’s natural beauty.
Suitable for all levels, the retreat offers a balance of gentle and energising practice in a welcoming, low-key environment.
What to Expect on Your Yoga Escape
Relaxed Days
Our Yoga Escape is all about moving at your own pace. Mornings begin with Vinyasa Flow, followed by a leisurely breakfast.
Afternoons are yours to enjoy as you wish, explore the island’s coastline, cycle to ancient forts, swim in the sea, or simply curl up with a book.
Evenings include Restorative Yoga followed by a group dinner. Enjoy wholesome food, conversation, and perhaps a glass of wine as the quietness of island life settles in.

Meet Your Teacher
Siobhán Moylan, owner and manager of Setu Studio in Clarinbridge, County Galway will guide you through the week, bringing a wealth of experience and passion to her teaching. With thousands of hours of teaching behind her, Siobhán teaches Vinyasa Yoga as well as Restorative Yoga.
Siobhán’s teaching is deeply rooted in anatomy and physiology and making yoga accessible to every body.
Inspired by her personal journey of healing through yoga, Siobhán creates supportive and approachable space for growth, connection, and self-discovery.

Shared Rooms
Triple: Shared room for three people with one double and two single beds, €400 per person
Twin: Shared room for two people with one double and one single bed, €420 per person
Double Rooms
Standard: Double occupancy room with standard sized double bed, €450 per person
Deluxe: Double occupancy room with queen/king sized bed, €470 per person

Eat Well
Meals on the retreat will be prepared by our wonderful chef, Mary. Expect nourishing, flavourful food made with care, using fresh, locally sourced ingredients wherever possible. Enjoy the simple pleasure of good food in good company.

From the ancient stone fort of Dún Aonghasa to the crystal clear waters of Kilmurvey Beach, Inis Mór is rich with places to explore. Wander along coastal trails to the dramatic Wormhole, visit the historic Seven Churches, or browse local crafts just outside your door at Kilmurvey Craft Village. The island’s wild beauty and gentle pace make it the perfect complement to your retreat.

Getting There
You can reach Inis Mór by ferry or air. Ferries run year-round from Rossaveal, Co. Galway (45 min crossing) and Galway City Docks (90 min via Galway Bay), both operated by Aran Island Ferries—check their website for schedules and weather updates.
Alternatively, sail from Doolin, Co. Clare with Doolin Ferries, with views of the Cliffs of Moher en route. Aer Arann also offer flights from Connemara Airport in Inverin, about 40 minutes from Galway City.
